They have undergone pre-employment and reference checks and are fully insured. Each member of our team undergoes a rigorous global training program. We invest in continuous training to keep their skills relevant. They are also trained on and adhere to all required infection control protocols at all times.

You will be personally matched for compatibility with a qualified CAREGiver or a team based on not only your care needs, but also your interests, personality, and communication. Once matched, expect the same reliable, professional CAREGiver each time. We firmly believe that the best care and support, is personal and relationships-based as opposed to task-based.
We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to your care concerns. We maintain ongoing regular communication by phone and email to keep in touch. We also conduct regular quality assurance visits to ensure we are meeting your changing needs and your family is receiving the standard of care we pride ourselves on. If your care needs increase or become more complex, your Home Instead Care Manager serves as a single point of contact, working with you to identify, coordinate, implement, manage and monitor all of your current and future care needs.
We adopt systems, processes and procedures that ensure that we provide the best in-home care and support to meet our clients’ needs. We keep a journal of daily activities that allows for transparent communication and consistency of care. Our quality assurance processes facilitate open, honest communication and feedback between seniors, families and our office.
